Not-So-Guilty Granola
Oats, brown sugar, walnuts, pecans, almonds, coconut,

Sweet Breads
Banana Walnut Bread--Real bananas and buttermilk make
this one of my most popular items.
Zucchini-Carrot Raisin Bread--Applesauce adds real "a-peel"
to a traditional favorite. Accented with the sweet taste of
raisins. Available seasonally.
Pumpkin Pecan Bread--Available seasonally. Spiced with
cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and ginger.
Breads are sold as mini loaves for $2.86 each.
Muffins of various sizes and flavors are available upon
request.

Butter and margarine are reduced and egg substitute replaces
regular whole eggs. No one has to know--it'll be your secret!

Cookies
Cookies are sold by the baker's dozen (thirteen) for $5.71
(except specialties). Varieties may be mix and matched.
Jumbo cookies are $1.19 ea.
Chocolate Chunk--Gives new meaning to chocolate chip
cookies! Same basic cookie but with chunks of semi-sweet
chocolate.
Peanut Butter Overload--A double whammy of peanut butter
with the addition of peanut butter chips.
Wisconsin Oatmeal Craisin--Without a doubt, my most
popular cookie. Chewy oatmeal cookies with the addition of
slightly tart dried cranberries. Many people ask why
"Wisconsin" Oatmeal Craisin. Cranberries are a prominent
crop in northern Wisconsin where I have spent much of my life.
The name is an homage to my home state.
Sinful--The name says it all! Chocolate chip cookies with a
hidden surprise of caramel in the center.
New! Blueberry Sugar Cookies--A new twist to an old
favorite. Bits of blueberry in a chewy cookie sprinkled with
sugar.
