Decorated Cakes
Cakes for all occasions. Your choice between traditional white, yellow, chocolate and marble cakes. Carrot cake,
poppy seed, lemon poppy seed and other specialty cakes are also available. Or your favorite family recipe.
Basic cakes (white, yellow, chocolate and marble) are available as six, eight, nine, ten inch and larger double layer
with filling, single layer rounds or squares or sheet cakes (1/4, 1/2 and full).
Some suggestions for fillings include raspberry, strawberry, apricot, chocolate or vanilla pudding, various flavors
of mousse, chocolate ganache (a rich chocolate filling like the center of a truffle), seasonal fresh fruit. Prices of
cakes may vary slightly depending on choice of filling.
Icings: Traditional buttercream (white or chocolate), stabilized whipped cream with a small amount of
confectioners sugar, whipped cream cheese, ganache, and mousse. When choosing an icing, consider your
refrigeration options. Buttercream icings do not require refrigeration, but all others do. Some fillings may
require refrigeration as well. If you're waiting several hours from the time you pick up your cake until you serve
it, you may need to keep it cold.
